Multiple Siebel Session

We use Siebel ip2015. Users can come to Siebel from multiple ways. They can either type in URL in IE directly, they can click the Siebel link on employee portal, they can also click link contained in email that would take them to specific record in Siebel.

The challenge we have is that if a user already have a Siebel session open, they will get an error page saying there is an existing session.

You have initiated a Siebel session while another Siebel session is currently active. Please choose the option that applies to you.

• You already have a Siebel session with unsaved data running in another browser window. To save data from a second session go to the already open session and either save and exit or continue to use that data.
