Page cannot be displayed. Siebel IP2015 patch set 5

Hi,

I installed Siebel local client and local Tools 8.2 with patch 15.5. Tools is working fine. i can connect to the server and I can connect to  my local XE database.

However, when starting the Siebel webclient, the page displays 'Page cannot be displayed'.

I read through all the requests but none of the solutions seem to work.

IE11

Siebel IP2015 patch set 5

Windows 7

Java 8 update 72

Things that I have done already:

- Change shortcut internet explorer to "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe"

- add the url of mobile/dedicated client to trusted sites

- opened Siebel client as administrator

- replaced the SRF with the one from the server
