How To Display Compatibility Error Messages on Quote Header Verify Button

Dear Experts,

Seems out of the box on Quote Header Verify Button clickElgility and Compatibility is invoking and updating the Eligibility Status and Error messages on Line item level.

I wan to display the Eliigibility & Compatibility Message on Quote Header Verify Click. Out of Box by tweaking any parameter Can i show this messages ?
