P4108-RIS0001_W4108B - Change the "Omit Zero Quantities" Checkbox to Default On

Is there a way to set this checkbox to automatically default to the checked position?  In OMW, I am attempting to modify P4108 Form W4108B, in a DV environment test, to make the “Omit Zero Quantities” box default with a check.  When checking the properties of that field there is a check value of 1 and an uncheck value of 0.  The data item is set as OMIT0 /  / 0 and does not appear to be editable (I did not try to delete it).  I did change the property values so that the check value is 0 and the uncheck value is 1, hoping the data item setting would force the check mark on.  I ran a
