MSCA for OPM - 'No Result Found' when performing Cmplt Product (Wip Completion) transaction through

Hi,

In our instance, we have the following issue;

Getting an Error (No Result Found) in Item field, when trying to do WIP Completion transaction(Cmplt Product) through MSCA. I have set TXN_MODE parameter value as 'BOTH', even it is giving same error msg.

Please suggest how to use MSCA to yield the product(s)?

Responsibility 'MES for Process Manufacturing Mobile' is used to perform this transaction. Is there any other responsibility perform the same transaction?

Also, after changing TXN MODE, we have not bounced MSCA server, Is it Mandatory to bounce MSCA server?
