Application migration R12.1.3 from redhat 5 to redhat 6

Hello,
we are currently  on rdbms 11.2.0.3 and apps R12.1.3 running  on redhat 5.
Currently migrating apps from redhat 5 to redhat 6 on new server in devl environment
using MOS notes - Application Tier Platform Migration with Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 (Doc ID 438086.1)

I am newbie to migration/installs and need help with step # 12 - could not understand
what to do after running command give in step 12 below..
UNIX/Linux
$ perl $FND_TOP/patch/115/bin/TXKScript.pl
-script=$FND_TOP/patch/115/bin/txkInventory.pl
-txktop=$APPLTMP -contextfile=$CONTEXT_FILE
-appspass=apps
-outfile=$APPLTMP/Report_Inventory.html

What this command will do ?

Will you please let me know what I need to do ?
