EnterpriseOne Oracle VM

I'm implementing JDE using the VM's as a trial to build & test some SOAP/REST integration calls.  Finally got the core (DB, app and web) servers running in an Oracle VM system.  I can get to the db,  OneWorld starts and I can get to the web html app, but I can't sign into JDE on the web server.  All of the default accounts don't seem to work.

I've done some digging and it appears there are no passwords in the SY910.F98OWSEC table (if I'm reading this right the encypted passwords should be in the table). 

Anyone know what one of the valid accounts is supposed to be for these VM's?
