Receiving limit

We are in E1 9.1. and would like to know if there's a way out to set up a certain percentage above or below the open receipt amount and if it hits this percentage system should error out. We know that the tolerance tab on the processing option of P4312 allows us to display warning, error message however is there a way to also setup percentage limit?
