Target HFM applications are not showing up in FDMEE

Hello Everyone -
We are working on a project where they have one HFM application. HFM (version 11.1.2.4.102) is installed on Windows server and FDMEE(11.1.2.4.100) is installed on Linux server.
When we try to assign HFM as a target application in FDMEE we are unable to see target HFM applications. We heard FDMEE 11.1.2.4.100 has a bug having the same issue, we tried roll backing FDMEE 11.1.2.4.100 patch.
But no luck we are not able to see HFM target applications.
We are thing to roll back HFM 11.1.2.4.102 patch and try to see weather we can able to see HFM applications as target app in FDMEE.
