CopyApp 11.1.2.3.701 - Migrate 2.2 to 2.4.103 -Unable to launch app

Hello all,

We have a really goofy one here for one client.

11.1.2.4.103 on a Exa X2 server

New schemas

Current HFM is on 11.1.2.2.500

Can create new application in 2.4, no issues.  We utilized the HFM Copy App utility from 11.1.2.3.701 to copy an app from old 2.2 to new 2.4.  Made sure the app was listed in the HSX_DATASOURCES table on the HFM schema.  Then ran the "Upgrade applications..." option from the EPM System Configurator.  It fails.

Message in configtool.log shows "No application upgrade scripts found for HFM."

Has anyone been able to make this work?  I'm sure you have, but we are missing something here.
