Bulk Load Attribute Values for a Dimension

I have a dimension called Audit Trail that requires Attributes for the members.

I have over a hundred attribute values for an attribute called Prospect.

Is there a way to bulk load the attribute values rather than creating them one at a time via template?

If so, what are the header info for the template?
