Urgent Requirement: Link member asset to Group Asset - Oracle Fixed Assets module

Dear All,

I am beginner in Oracle apps. I have been asked to do the following urgently :

Link Member Assets to Group Assets in Fixed Assets register. I have a list of group assets and their member assets in excel sheet, I have to link them from back end through Oracle API.

Example:

Member Asset-A must be linked with Group Asset-A

Member Asset-B must be linked with Group Asset-B   ..etc

In the attached screen shot, the red rectangle is the field where i have to add the Group Asset number from back-end.

The problem is that it is an urgent production issue and I don't have the time to read all Oracle documentation. Can anyone provide simple example of how I can do this?
