CTI not working in Open UI even after changing EditProfAttr = True in OM parameters

Hi,

We have received an issue from our UAT environment where as soon as Open UI was switched on users started receiving communication user has no Teleset extension(SBL-CSR-00314). We have already applied the workaround fix to this known issue which is setting the EditProfAttr OM parameter to true however the issue persists.

We couldn't find any thing from the logs. Can you please help us in RCA for this issue? This is highest priority for us at the moment.
