How to recreate R43500 PO Print Processing, Never Finishes issue

We have issue with the UBE R43500. Some versions are processing infinitely.

I have reviewed the document R43500 PO Print Processing, Never Finishes (Doc ID 2081275.1). There I could see a workaround as follows,

    Workaround for problem orders - Turn off Purchase Order Note Display processing option

To test this workaround, I need to recreate the issue.

We failed to track the order which arises the issue.

If I just attach more attachments to an order, can I recreate the issue ?
