Unable to Add custom dimension to hfm application in 11.1.2.4

Hello,

We are trying to add a custom dimension to an HFM application in version 11.1.2.4, but it seems like it is not possible anymore.

Is it correct that the functionality has been completely dropped? the Application is migrated and cannot be created from scratch.

Do you know any alternative way of doing it?
