Agent is unable to communicate with the OMS
Hi All
Time to time for no reason we got EM notifications like "Agent is unable to communicate with the OMS. (REASON = Agent is Unreachable (REASON : Agent to OMS Communication is brokenOMS platform services are not available ). Incident created by rule (Name = Agent Unreachable, Agent unreachable; Owner = SYSMAN)." and after couple minutes these we got another notification where it says the alert is clear
Could you tell me the order on how to do troubleshooting or which OMS or EM Agent logs should i review?
