agent mount point ownership

This does not seem like a reasonable restriction to me.   log of agent install:

INFO: Login name is : oracle & file owner is : oracle

INFO: ................

INFO: ERROR : The directory /apps is not owned by either the agent user oracle or by root.

INFO:

INFO: Change the onwership of /apps  so that it is owned by either the agent user oracle  or root.

INFO: Check complete. The overall result of this check is: Failed <<<<


Also, the agent that was installed on the machine hosting the OMS lives on a mount point owned by another user.  The directories beneath /apps are owned and accessible by the agent software owner.
