PR file for one applet getting executed for all the applets inside the Home page view

3 Applets are present in Home page view, associated a custom PR to one of the applets in side the view but the PR file is getting executed when we perform Collapse/Expand in  any other applets which does not have the PR associated.

Is this an expected behavior or a product bug?
