Issue with structure chekin and update

Using EC 3.4; we saw the following error on structure update and checkin; "Error Publish Attachment-EJB Exception is:com.agil.util exception.CMDebugException:objclass 2000008297 subclass:2000008310 id:23698457 version :version 104 not locked".  We are on Agile 9.3.4 issue was noted on an earlier release, but should have been addressed on the release of 9.3.4
