Hyperion Business Rule Aggregation

Hi,

I am trying to create a business rule that will copy data from one period to a target period and multiply it by a certain number and then aggregate the number up to the year total.  The copy data and multiplication part work in the business rule, however the aggregation does not seem to aggregate up.  I am expecting the business rule will copy (lets say Jun, July,Aug,  2013, Actual, Final) and multiply the target period (lets say Jun, July, Aug, 2014, Forecast, Draft) by whatever percent and Q1 will be populated with the totals from Jun, July, Aug.  However
