P41112A shows a record with blank Qty and the amounts exists whereas in F4111 the record has a blank

Can I run the R41542 partial generation and run for that unique key ID so that this will update the F41112 table with the Qty and value and the F4111 with the IPCD of 'Y'. Please let me know as I just want to be sure even thou I think it is fine.
