Real Estate Management Financial Report by Unit

Hello,

My Business is asking if there is a way to run PL statement by "unit" id.  I am fairly new to the module and can see Business Unit as a solution - They would create Business Unit for each unit.  Is there a different recommendation?

We are on 9.0(update2) Apps 9.1.3.1 TR.  We have only 60 units we are managing, but it will be expanding.  When testing, I could see lease number referenced in F0911 in PO field but not unit number.
