Not able to download all records in configuration page of item instance.

Hello All,

SR # 3-12039379681

When i am trying to down load the data from configuration page of item instance search page using "oracle installed base agent user" responsibility only 401 records are downloading every time.

But when i am trying with custom responsibility then i am able to download all the data from configuration page.

I checked the profile option "FND: View Object Max Fetch Size" is set to NULL for both responsibilities.


Please find the attached doc "CustomVsStandard" which will explain the issue.


Please let me know which setup we need to check to solve this.
