Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. How to copy a file from client machine to db

Hello All,

We have a requirement to upload .csv file from Desktop to database (R 12.1.3) ,

Do oracle provide any option to achieve same ? Do WebADI can be used to create own template ?

For data loader we need to provide password of DB which we dont want.

Please help.
