Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi

With reference to Defect 13789227 in Doc ID 1424538.1, when we click, we see the following

Requested Bug could not be displayed. Possible reasons are:

The bug id was entered incorrectly. Please check and try again.
The bug id does not exist (was referenced incorrectly).
The bug is not classified as publicly accessible ("non-public").
The content is being updated and it is temporarily unavailable but will be made available again soon

Can anyone please help to let us know the correct / updated number and its status as we are facing this issue in Siebel 8.2.2.4 SIA [23030] ENU(*)

Any suggestion in this regards would be highly appreciated.
