PDBA to be calculated in certain periods

Hello,

Is there a way for a certain Benefit or accrual to be calculated only during certain periods for example in June and December of each year only?

Example management needs to give the employees annual leave balance of 10 days every 6 months only.

So instead of entering in the One time override every 6 months, records for all the employees ,is there a way for the system to make it automatically?
