Need help to customize the Liability line type using Account derivation Rule

Dears,

Appreciate Your support on the following scenario:-

I've a scenario wherein the liability account to pull the project segment value from the DR distribution Account

So I've amended the SLA and created Account derivation rule for it and its working fine like the following example :-

1- Current Liability generated for inv#

01.120101.0000.011.00.0000 for .....DR /Expense

01.210401.0000.011.00.0000 for ......CR/Liability

Now (011) is the project value segment that been pulled once its entered in the DR account on the Invoice

2- The issue is when applying withholding tax the journal created is a following:-

01.210802.0000.000.00.0000 for CR/AWT
