Intransit times not functioning as expected on Scheduled Arrival date
I have a requirement in R12 Order Management module to set up the Requested Date on an order line to the scheduled arrival date to meet customers' On Dock requirements.
I have found the following set up in the support community and have trialled it.
The intransit time set as 2 days
Request Date Type is Arrival
However in testing the scheduled arrival date is scheduling two days after the request date not two days before as would be expected.
Please advise of the fix.
