Mobile Time and Expense

We are on PSFT 9.1 and tools 8.52.08 and upto ESA Bundle 36, trying to launch Mobile Time and expense. I finding it difficult to find supporting documentation on this and also our developers did a great job and able to access Mobile Applications under ESS but if I open it on my Android none of the labels show up like Submit for approval,attachment etc. IOS it just hangs.Any help on this is greatly appreciated.
