Sending Bulk Email with iSupplier User/Pwd to Existing Supplier Contacts

We want to create user account for 'existing contact' of 'existing suppliers' in bulk. Is there an API/program available for the same. I have come across note 256790.1 which talks about sending invitation to 'new/prospective' contacts of existing suppliers. But that doesn't meet our requirement. Oracle SR feedback is there is nothing available. The only thing they suggested is to look for pos_user_admin_pkg.create_supplier_user_ntf but with caution that it is not supported.  Our developer wrote another new program to test it and it fails because party type is not PERSON. Our suppliers have ORGANIZATION party type. So In short, seems we cannot use for type 'ORGANIZATION'.
