Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. We want to create an Alert / Cron job to intimate a few members if the planning manager is down for a certain time (say 30 mins)

What is the best way to do this , as the Planning Manager runs round the clock- to create and Alert or a Cron job

Please advise, if any one has already created one
