Question on cycle billing on actual ship date

Hello,

I have a question on the cycle billing and I can't find a solution on MOS.

I setup the cycle billing on the actual ship date. But my question is, if I activate backorder management, will I have to wait for my backordered line to have my order validated by the cycle billing?
