How to activate UDA feature in 12.2

Hello,

My need is to activate uda feature in ebs R12.2 after a fresh install.

We are in a migration project from 11i to R12
We are using Payables and Purchasing (AP & PO) modules.
We are interested by the user-defined attributes (UDAs) feature in order to enrich the information on the supplier page.

However, the feature does exist, I could find printscreens from Oracle showing UDA defined on the supplier page. But what is unclear is if it's possible to define UDAs without licensing Supplier Management.

Can we setup UDAs on supplier pages within Payables ?

what i find :

UDA is available with SLM .
