Rejcted requisition resubmitted doesn't built the correct approval hierarchy

Hi,

A rejcted requisition resubmitted doesn't built the correct approval hierarchy. After changing the charge account it was resubmitted and has to follow a different approval hierarchy flow but system has triggered the same workflow as before.

Is this an application bug in R12.1.3 as I checked all the rules in the AME and nothing seems to have changed.
