Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I want to lot transfer process. How can I do easily. I will do in code, not application. which function must I use

I saw F4113 BEGİN-EDİT-END functions and F4111 BEGIN-EDIT,END but this functions are very complex and not easy. I m searching a easily solve
