Auto-Generating Essbase Substitution Variables

Hi All,

We currently have a solution of 5 cubes (2 BSO and 3 ASO) running on Planning 11.1.2.4 and Essbase 11.1.2. Our solution uses Essbase substitution variables to control things like the current year or prior month. When we created the variables in EAS, they were created at the system level (All Apps, All Dbs). We did this for ease of maintenance for the functional admin as multiple cubes reference the same current year substitution variable. Through our testing efforts we have run different types of artifacts that reference the variables: ASO Business Rules, BSO Business Rules, Report Scripts, Calculation Scripts,
