What is ORA$AT_SA_SPC_SY?

We have recently upgraded some of our nonproduction databases from Oracle 11.2.0.3 to 12.1.0.2, including the Oct 2015 PSU and a bug fix (20551194).  We are running on Solaris 10 (64 bit).  Several times now, jobs named ORA$AT_SA_SPC_SY_nnnnn, where I assume nnnnn is generated, have failed to complete.  What is this job?  From where does it originate?  I looked in dba_scheduler_job_run_details, which shows the reason for stopping is "Stop job called because associated window was closed."  Start time was 0200, stop time was 1000.  Does this mean it was taking longer than expected?  How do I look into this further?

Howdy, Stranger!
