Can't login to Weblogic console from URL or OEM12c console

Hi all

I Can't login to Weblogic console from URL or from OEM12c console; but when I'm trying to login from OEM 12c console or directly thru URL

I'm getting certificate error

My understanding it's that i need to create a certificate from web tier level with emcli commands as it says in this reference http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E24628_01/doc.121/e36415/sec_features.htm#EMSEC13024

but i still don't get which kind of arguments do i need to type and how to configure it in the browser

Please could you give me some help on this subject, these are my OMS deails
