mobile logo issue siebel open UI Ip2013

We are using Siebel 8.1.1.11.17 Siebel IP2013 and enabled mobile parameters and open ui. When we view the application on tablet I can see logo and was able customize the same. But on phone there is logo so not able to customize it.

Any one knows what could be the reason that logo is not there on mobile?

Atleast default logo should come on phone.
