Hidden Module:Module_diaglog

BI 10.1.3x was working file earlier on Win-7 Office 2010

suddenly it stopped working. Tried to deinstall and reinstall. now getting error "Compile error in hidden Module: Module_filediaglog"

tried note:1372194.1 and 1485988.1. Nothing changed. still getting error while installing.

even tried rebuilding PC and still same error.

Need to use 10.1x version as EBS 12.1.3 needs BI 10x per one of the oracle docs (do not have number now). It was said that EBS users need to us 10x version as other higher versions are not compatible.

Any suggestions?
