Oracle Enterprise Manager 9i-OMS Stack Movement to VM

Hi,

      Requirement is to move OEM9i Repository(Under 10G of Size)  and OMS stack together  which are under same Oracle Home on Window Physical Machine to Move to a New VM.

Searching for Sequence of steps for Moving OMS stack in OEM 9i along with repository
