Web Service manager Installation BRM

Hi,

We downloaded and installed Web Service manager successfully from oracle.While trying to deploy the services we found that infranetwebsvc.war has come with the installation pack and it is used for includes web services that support the payload as an XML string data type. But we need to include web services that support the payload as an XML element data type and BrmWebServices.war is used for the same. any help to find more details on it or regarding BrmWebServices.war file?
