UBE csv not created on scheduler

Hello,

I have a strange situation I am curious to see if anyone has seen this before.  We have a custom UBE that we have used for years as a csv.  I created a new version that is exactly the same, but run on the scheduler.  When the job is run by the scheduler, it runs successfully, except it does not generate the csv file.  The pdf is there, the log and debug log files are there showing no errors.  When I submit that same version through bv to the same server and queue using the same user id, it delivers
