RMAN report not showing level 0 of RMAN 12c client

I have a bunch of Oracle 11g databases, and added one Oracle 12.1.0.2.4c database.  The catalog is on a 11g database and I have upgraded the schema to 12c.

I use a modified version of a query I found in the community forums to give me a daily report (see below).

For some reason this report does not show a value for the level 0 backup of the 12c database, but does get the level 1, archive logs, and control file.  I know it is getting backup

Anyone else run into this?  Or does anyone know of a change in behavior of RMAN with version 12c that could cause this report to stop working?
