Associating Items to specific customer

Hi All,

I was wondering is there a way to associate  items to a specific customer(s) in PIM?

I would like to avoid the use of UDAs  because it is not scalable in cases where I have a one to many relationship .i.e. sell items to more than one customer.

looking for a way to identifier items for a key customer and provided enriched data
