Troubles with HR_SIT_API.Update_sit

I am trying to use the HR_SIT_API to populate the Assessment Period End Date and I am having some issues.  Has anyone successfully been able to load this field using this API?  If so are you willing to share your code as a reference for others?

The error I am getting is the following:

Error is ORA-20001: PER_52508_PEA_INV_FLEX


Any assistance is appreciated.
