2-tier Login Gives "Your security options are set improperly..." (Doc ID 651549.1)

Hello,


I'm can't seem to login to PT 8.55.01 2-tier and I have found this solution but still does not work. I have tried in my local machine as well as remote server (our DBA was able to login to PT8.55.01 2-tier) but I keep getting this error below. Any other suggestion on how I'm be able to login 2-tier to PT 8.55.01? Thanks in advance for any ideas.


We are in PT 8.54.14 and trying to check out HCM Image 16

When trying to log into 2-tier and launching Application Designer or DataMover, instead of the login screen, an error message comes up.  The error message says:
