JDE World A7.3 Cume 10: P4312, SR S010, writing records to F41021.

When a receiving is performed in P4312 on an item for which the item set up in F41021 does not exist, SR S010 in P4312 attempts to write the missing records.  However, the first record is written with blank LIMCU, blank LILOCN, causing all subsequent writes to err out with a "duplicate record" error.  Is there a patch for this problem?  I have looked and have not seen anything in the Knowledge area related to this problem.  Thank you.
