FDMEE load fails on HFM_METADATA.py script

Here is a brief explanation of the FDMEE issue that we are facing right now.

Every time we try to execute a metadata rule, data load rule or click on export fish the processes fail on different python scripts respectively. As far as I can see, it clearly pulls data from the source system but when it is suppose to load to the target it fails. Be it metadata load, data load or even the export fish, they all fail while executing corresponding python scripts in the back end.

  Please see below the log entries for these failures. they clearly show the execution of the python scripts is what is causing the problem. Not sure if there is any issue with permissions or any access to these files.
