How to personalize Supplier Contact Directory page in R12.1.3

Hello,

User would like to see Supplier contact department directly onto the Contact Directory page, next to the email address. When they are looking for the contact working in such or such department, they need to open the detail of each contact one after the other one until they find the contact needed.

By displaying the Department directly on the Contact Directory first page, as phone number and email address, User would gain a lot of time.

I tried to create a new item in Personalize Contact table

ID : CONTACT_DPT

Prompt : Department

View Attributes Department

View Instance : ContactsVO

But when returning to the Contact Directory, Page was not displayed due to error.
